Expertel Group is based in Beirut, Lebanon. We currently operate only within Lebanon. Our website serves as a retail platform only; wholesale is handled separately and not through the site.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All purchases are paid through Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • We may charge a delivery fee, depending on the order size, location, and delivery service.

  • Orders may be subject to availability. If an item is out of stock or mispriced, we reserve the right to cancel or modify your order.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Deliveries are mostly fulfilled by third-party courier companies (in some cases may be fulfilled by our own delivery courier) Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier availability.

  • In some cases, delivery may occur on the same day; in others, it may take a few days.

  • We deliver to all areas within Lebanon.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external courier-related delays.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer returns only in the case of a factory defect or wrong item delivered.

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide a clear video proof of the issue.

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a factory defect, damaged item, or wrong item.

  • Certain items such as earbuds, in-ear audio products, tempered glass, and similar hygiene-sensitive or single-use items are non-returnable, as stated in our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Exchanges are not processed automatically. If you'd like a different item, you must place a new order once the return is approved.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued as store credit in most cases.

  • In special cases, we may provide a cash refund, subject to our discretion.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Delivery and return timelines may vary depending on the courier company. While we aim to handle returns promptly, occasional delays during transit may occur and are beyond our control.

6. Use of Website

  • You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to disrupt our systems.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access if we suspect fraudulent or abusive behavior.

7. Product Disclaimer

  • Expertel Group is not the official brand representative of the products sold on this website unless explicitly stated.

  • All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

  • We collect personal information such as name, phone number, address, and order details for order fulfillment and customer service purposes.
